Excellent service form Courier guy, Bela Bela.

Courier Guy Bela Bela had to pick up a parcel (Two tins of paint) in Pta and deliver it to Bela Bela. One handler (Driver) from start to finish.

Two days past the delivery date, on hearing nothing from them, I made inquiries at Bela Bela depo to be shown a mess of empty paint tins with the paint all over the packaging.

The tins lids were still sealed, but the tins were punctured. A big mess of paint all over the place.

The manager refused to take responsibility and blamed me for the paint all over their vehicle.

On contacting the regional manager, Dalize at ***, I was told that it was my loss. They do not cover liquids, the packaging was inadequate, etc. It was not their negligence that their handler just does not care to handle parcels properly.

To add injury to insult I was forced to pay for the ... service they so proudly provided.
