Excellent Service

Today I sent through a query as I panicked cause I never received notifications for my parcel I deposited. Must say that I am so happy with the prompt response and the excellent service I received from Ziaan Sechel. He made sure that I understand and the reason why I never received any notifications. He also assured me and that really put me at ease. Big ups to you Ziaan.
