Excellent service

I would like to say a very big thank you to Crystal Douw for helping me make a booking on PUDO. I am an older lady and I do not understand these technology things very well, but she was so patient, kind, and understanding with me throughout the whole process.

She stayed on the line with me every step of the way and explained everything so nicely until we got it sorted out. It is rare to find such caring and patient service these days.
