POOR POOR SERVICE DRIVER

After having excellent service from Megan. I received the most unprofessional service from the Stilbaai Kiosk. The Regional Manager Esmerelda went so far as to say I can't mention her name it against the POPI Act.
The delivery guy was at my house where I was ... but according to him I was not available. He then went to the Kiosk and they phoned me. They requested that he return to my house which he did not...desperately in need of the package I phoned again...Just to be notified that he left for George...10 minutes after our phone call.
The is now the third time drivers don't get out of their vehicles and just take a photo...all the while I have been waiting the whole day as they notified me he will be delivering the parcel today.
