Excellent Client care from Allister Thomas and The Courier Guy

Excellent client service from Mr.Allister Thomas at The Courier Guy in Gauteng...my packages were scheduled to be delivered to me at a later date in the week, but due to my emergency I needed it delivered earlier, contact what I thought was the Durban branch but got through to one of the Gauteng depot's. Allister didn't make any excuses or transfer me to where the call should have went to, but checked my waybill number, called the Durban branch made the arrangements with the depot manager and before you know it my packages were at my gate....Well done Allister, it really shows the commitment some employees make to uphold the brand....Dion Pillay....
