Excellence from Pule (and overall efficient service)

I truly hope, that Pule, the driver working the Crowthorne area in Midrand, get the proper recognition this time, as he is 90% the reason for this five star review.

I've only ever received outstanding service from Pule, always friendly and positive, he reads the waybills if there are any special instructions AND act on those instructions. A decent driver, something that is rare to see, a The Courier Guy bakkie being courteous on the road!

Overall, the service I receive from TCG is good, efficient, parcels get to my cleints typically ahead of advertised times. And the few occasions that there were issues, they were dealt with quickly (bar one) and efficiently (all of them). Errors do happen, but it is the way how errors are fixed, that make it hassle free using TCG as preferred courier company.
