Ended up picking up my package myself

I created an account with Hello Peter just so I could say how unacceptable this company has been. I called customer service nearly 10 times and every agent I spoke to was great and helped me the best they could however I kept getting answers like "Your package is with the drive", "The driver called but noone answered" I cleared my schedule for 3 days waiting for a package, I was told the driver had called multiple times however I did not receive any calls, so this information was incorrect on their side, furthermore instructions that I gave the agents were not followed through on, as I stated I live in an estate and due to lockdown no deliveries are allowed within, being promised that it will get delivered today and it will be there before 12. I decided to go to the depo myself and pick it up, wasted my money using this service if I have to go myself and pick up a package if the company cannot follow simple instructions. The only reason I rated a 2 is due to customer service being helpful and friendly
