The Courier Guy has no interest in customer service nor looking after their long standing customers of 15 years. Ricky ****ey is an excuse of a relationship manager. The drivers and franchise owners do not care hoe they handle pac***ges. We have a serious issue of damaged goods, no-one at TCG seems to care or take this seriously.
