Empty package

When the driver delivered my package he wants me to sign for it, but there was a big hole in it and the package was empty. Realy , how pathethic. And they just tell me that they will investigate. So i lost the job i suppose to do with the things i ordered, that took 5 days to deliver . Will never use them again.
