Empty Locker Surprise

I have always had good service from The Courier Guy. That was until a few days ago. I went to collect my parcel from their lockers at Hillfox only to find the locker empty. I have reported it, but so far no apology or explanation. It seems that they are no better than the Post Office. Obviously their locker system is flawed and not secure.
