Emails ignored, no refund granted,

MY PARCEL WAS COLLECTED BY A CUSTOMER.

This is regarding waybill LL-MHDVXO. I had the worst experience with courier guy. I deposited my parcel in the locker on the 2nd of april 2026, the parcel was not collected for almost a week, they kept on saying the driver is out of area. Then i recieve a call from someone telling me that she has my parcel, she was collecting her parcel on the lockers and 2 lockers opened, one of the locker was my parcel. She then took the parcel and called me to collect the parcel. I drove 7 Km to collect the parcel. I emailed courier guy to refund me and they ignore my email . I really dont know what to do anymore.
