Elated and pleased with exceptional service

Xolani Lavisa has done it again, he came through for me when my package couldn't be located for the second time, and with packages that I had to rebook because the locker system couldn't recognise my deposit pins. This was frustrating to say the least. Xolani as he did the last time, calmed me down and reassured me that he will make sure that everything is sorted on time.

He and Madrio Ops are my superheroes, they really came through for me and thank you so much Madrio, I also appreciate you a lot.

Not only that, Xolani, even went an extra mile ensuring that I get my refund as I had to rebook the packages and one had to be rebooked three times, same issue. I have no words but a lot of gratitude. God bless you, the company is blesses to have you.
