dumb driver trash service

So dude calls me ignores all my questions then runs off, firstly I live in a complex so there is security guard you ask to let you in, second I answered your call and asked if there where at the place where the driver ignored me then HUNG up! now I have to wait the entire weekend to get my parcel!? no send him back now! never had any issues with this service but of course now!
