Drove off with my parcel due to no PIN

I receive a lot of parcels to my house, but this is the only one that refused to give me my parcel and drove off with my property. It was my house, my address, and I had my ID - but could not find a PIN code which they said they sent to me. Due to not having this PIN code (which no other courier has ever asked for) the delivery guy rudely drove off with my parcel. Phoned their helpline and they were just as rude.
