Drivers from The Courier Guy duplicating/copying your personal waybill information/instructions

Most clients making use of a courier service will understand that the normal practice is to request collection by completing and submitting a waybill online by using your secure username and password. Then the Courier Guy will send their driver to collect the parcel. The waybill should be printed and attached to the parcel and handed to the driver. If for any reason their is no waybill attached to the parcel, the driver from The Courier Guy will copy your waybill instruction / information from his scanner, and complete a new waybill. We had a terrible experience with a very important parcel, where the driver made critical mistakes when he copied our waybill instructions. They created a new waybill number and our original waybill became null and void and not trackable on their system anymore. So, the half completed new waybill with mistakes made by the driver, became the new official waybill instruction to deliver our valuables. We have since made enquiries with 3 different Courier Companies, who assured us that they will never tamper with, duplicate or copy any of their client's personal waybill instructions/information, nor create a new waybill.
