Drivers abusive language

I was expecting a delivery Cape Town using The Courier Guy. The driver calls me at 16:50 stating he is in my area to deliver the parcel but he doesn’t know my area well. I tried giving him directions but he didn’t bother he stated he doesn’t know my area. Well i asked if he is willing to wait for me since I am at work I’ll see him in 20 minutes he is like sure no problem. 5 minutes later while I am driving, TCG driver calls and asks where am I, I told him that I am driving. He states he has other clients too then I asked him then deliver my parcel at home there is an address on the waybill. He insists he doesn’t know my area (Pampierstad) I told him I paid service for the parcel to be delivered at my place if he can’t wait then he must deliver the parcel to that specific address.

When I arrived I told him that his service is very bad and I paid for proper service in his words he said “***of” and he stated that he doesn’t care whether I report him or not. Hy voel ***** nie.

So did I pay for service for a driver to use such language towards me? Such abuse???? The drivers name is Marius in the Vryburg/Kimberly area
