Driver stole goods inside the package!!!!

Two weeks back I placed order with my supplier (not the first time) Fine package was sent then on Monday 3 Oct got message from Courier guy ethi my package is out for delivery and around 5 to 6pm I called courier guy ( the lady who always does deliveries eSterk) ndibuza nge Package since I got imessage ethi its out for delivery, wathi lasisi they made imistake eBFN hub they were suppose to say Outbound to Aliwal khange abe naPackage yam I said okay then called their call centre and they confirmed what she wass saying.

Fast forward to Wednesday the 5th Oct , I get another message ethi my package is out for delivery with pin shortly after I receive icall from lasisi waka Courier uba my package is out ke so uyeza ndithi okay but andikho cela uyinike my colleague she will sign for it atbi lasisi mandimnike ipin ndimnike ( I had already called my colleague and sent the pin so she can receive the package on my behalf)

Package was delivered then on Saturday 8 Oct got from JHB and went to work to get the package cause I wanted to make the wigs and send them out following day , when I got there the parcel looked empty I panicked and quickly opened it to see what's inside and I found one bundle inside (they were suppose to be 6 and 2 closures) when I check the plastic inside its ripped then continued to check le yakwa courier guy was also opened you wouldn't notice it cause nam didn't notice it at first glance.. I called the colleague that received the package bc I was thinking maybe its the cleaners who stole she said Luna i received the package likr that from the Security and they were asking themselves why it has light weight like there's nothing inside but she thought its probably the papers we always work with and she also noticed its opened and thought its how its received like to check if everything is inside.

I then decided to call the Security that was on Duty and she confirmed what colleague was saying.. then called the lady that delivered the package she was defensive throughout the call insisting and insuating its the securities who stole and I asked here how was the package when delivered (the weight) she said it had weight asked for a number to report this she refused

Eventually found number and reported then scheduled meeting with the driver last week monday with the security there and she changed her story started saying she's not sure of the weight and they won't give me footage of the car when it was delivered. Even the manager is now refusing to help me
