DRIVER SOLD GOODS IN VAN AND FORGED POD's

The Driver of the van - delivering in Cape Town sold all the parcels in his van and forged the POD's, i have a case number. The insurers say they will not reimburse me as i didnt request insurance. surely they should be held responsible if it was their OWN employee who stole it wasnt an unforeseen hijacking.<br> they merely ignore my calls and emails and say i should have taken out the insurance
