Driver says no one home, with me sitting in my study opposite the front gate.

I got a notification this morning that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered before 17:00. At 18:00 I received a notification that my package has returned to the hub with the following reason "Good day, Please note receiver was not available we will deliver parcel 25/05/23", which is very strange as nobody rang my doorbell all day and I would have known as my dog would have gone completely beserk. The driver also has my number and could have phoned, like they have done in the past.

Very bad service from the driver and really tarnishes the name of a otherwise brilliant courier company.
