Driver left with my parcel without contacting me

Truly a one-star experience so far. Your delivery person came to my building, did not contact me to let me know that he had arrived, and left with my parcel. He did not bother to contact me. It is also an administrative nightmare trying to contact your support team. I have sent WhatsApps, emails and called 4 times to speak to someone to assist me - without any success. Your nonchalant team has cost me time and airtime without any sense of urgency for wanting to do their jobs. I would 100% not recommend this company for your courier needs. They are reckless, careless and blasé about your goods. What a shame.
