Driver failed to deliver parcel

My parcel was supposed to be delivered today, the driver called and I sent him a code to get into the estate. I received a notification that he had entered and 15 minutes later I received a notification that he had departed and I still never received my parcel. I've tried numerous times to call on the same number he called me on but it keeps going to voicemail, the Courier Guy WhatsApp platform, email as well as Call Centre are no use at all either saying they will escalate the matter but I doubt anything will come of it.
