Driver bad attitude

Delivery person had a hooter in an unbranded ldv, he hooted for 10 seconds + and had a serious attitude when I told him this is nota taxi rank! Definitely not an ambassador for the business. All of this is recorded. Even when I asked his name he bounced off to his bakkie.
