Dreadful service

During the last three months I've had the most dreadful experience with this company. The first experience was parcels damaged by courier guy during shipment. Upon enquiry I was given a poor excuse of the packaging being insufficient and my answer as to why the 30 to 40 previous parcels of exactly the same packaging were delivered undamaged, was left unanswered. My three e-mails directed to the Managing Director of this company directly was left with no response.

This bad experience was followed up by a parcel booked on 12/12/2020. After battling for several days to get TCG to collect this parcel it was eventually collected on 18/12/2020. And guess what - on date of this review, 30/12/2020, this parcel is still undelivered. Still battling to win this round. . .
