I phone the branch and they say the package was returned to the hub > I phone the driver and he says it was delivered at the locker so now what is it ?

The ****up is between tzaneen and phalaborwa and everytime I have to sit and wait for the driver for 2 hrs at the locker or he will drive past it or not even attempt to deliver it the first time at the farm if it's not a pudo.

The whole reason to use PUDO is convenience but this norm of bad service has spilled over to pudo too.

8pm at night I will receive a text message from the driver on whatsapp if I received my package?

Come on man. Sort your routes out and get more drivers.
