DOUBLE THE COST FOR NO SERVICE AT ALL...
So not only have The Courier Guy hiked their prices (at least on my shipment) by 50%-70% (a small economy package would usually have cost around R85.00-R100...the baseline cost is now R149.50) in total disregard as to what everyone else is charging (Aramex to door R99.00) but they're also not delivering...at all apparently. I booked an overnight delivery last Wednesday...it was collected...last Wednesday...six nights later...STILL no delivery...um...guys...?
