Double Price ****

I appalled at the level of unprofessionalism at the courier guy! I had 4 parcels sent from JNB to CPT 25 September 2025 and they charged me R685.00. On the return trip of the very same parcels they charged me +-R1196 which I called and complained to say why am I paying almost double the amount for the same items that costed less on the first trip Shanleigh stated it is due to high risk and price increase. I understood and wanted to pay the difference so that I can release the goods to be delivered today however this morning the price changed again to a higher amount which is R1565 when I called this morning as my account I was confused why the amount changed. Shanleigh and Claudette insist that they were going to manually reweigh the goods and tell me if the price remains the same or changes.

My frustration is as follows: 1. Why am I being penalized for them not doing their job on the first trip and want to correct their mistake on a new trip. 2. Why did the final amount change twice? 3. Why is my actual weight for the parcels 36.95kg but I am being charged for 100kg which I need to pay for an extra 70kg that I did not use? 4. Why is the price incease double the amount and not a certain percentage? 5. I have an event today that needs those parcels but they don't care that it is an inconvenience 6. I am prepared to pay the previous amount of R396 which was the initial reweighing charge but they don't want me to pay that amount?

I am extremely livid and disappointed with the service from the courier guy. I recommend courier to everyone that needs parcels to be delivered I even convinced my workplace to use it as it is easy to use and reliable but they don't care about all of that.
