Don't use unless you like broken parcels.

I'm giving two stars because at least they are affordable to send things around the country. But I can't give them anymore stars than that, simply because there's a lack of respect for our parcels. I've sent things that gotten broken in the transportation. Once I complained about this, I was simply told that it was my own fault. But yesterday I received word that another parcel of me (with no breakable stuff) got damaged too. And if you complain about this on their customer service, just know that they will make you feel bad instead of apologising or improving their service. I guess this goes for the Courier Guy as well. It seems like they just aren't willing to deliver good service and I predict a better company will swoop in soon and ***** their customers.

Also while I'm at it, their app is terribly designed. As well as their website.
