DONT use them for a fast delivery

This courier drives us insane! This is the 2nd time we have PAID for an overnight delivery to still be waiting for our parcel 2 days later and NO ONE can tell us where it is! They dont have a direct flight from DBN to CPT (they dont tell you this until you ask where your parcel is)! So DONT USE THEM unless you like your deliveries way delayed with no responsibility or apology!
