Dont use them

Terrible Service and no customer care do not use them! I have been using their services for a couple of years but they are going downhill. Make sure you check your parcel sizes because they just make up sizes and charges your for it here's the example, I sent 3 items each exactly the same measuring 31x31x38, and this is not the first time. They added their own measurements of one of the items as 131.6x77.3x68.2 charging an amount additional of R4k. If you phone the sensitive call center they blame the machine that measures the parcels and all you get is, they will escalate your query. No calls nothing to notify you that your parcel wont be delivered, waiting for you to pay extra money or for you to call them. I wont use them anymore and looking at the reviews, I am not the only one.
