Dont use them!

I order online hundreds of times a year and I must say the only courier that have delivered my stuff completely broken or damaged is The Courier Guy. My latest parcel was CEMENT tree rings, 8cm wide, around 10cm high and around 70cm long… thick and heavy. It was wrapped in sponge, cardboard/newspaper and bubblewrap with box around it and n big FRAGILE sticker on… they still wanted to deliver it to me broken into pieces. I refused to take the parcel as THIS IS NOT THE FIIRST TIME! The Courier guy does not cover ANY damages if you read their disclaimer(even if it says nothing about cement/concrete objects) they still refused to give me my money back… and yet their pricing has gone up! So I would suggest you dont trust them with your companies name…
