Don't use The Courier guys personally , let them assist Businesses that dont give a ****..

This is just feedback regarding the collection of the package collected today from my house. I've been off from work today so I'm waiting for the guys to arrive and collect the package , so it's extremely shocking to have the courier drivers rock up and shout outside your house alerting the whole neighborhood that they there for you, unprofessional behavior . The driver then proceeds to say is this package damaged , I say no ,the new package and boxing has been padded and sealed and then placed in another big box and closed. Nevertheless the driver informs me that I should have printed an indemnity or some form as to state the package is not damage,it most certainly is not as Game just delivered it the day before and I included liability cover when I set everything up with The courier guys. My point is the driver is not at all reassuring when he says he doesn't want to be responsible for this package if it is damaged, I informed him that the TV is brand new and sealed inside the big box. However ,what the **** ,like really , I will pay extra and choose postnet next time.
