Don’t use the Courier Guy. Horrible service.

Horrible, inefficient, pathetic service. It’s been over a week of me attempting to collect a parcel. I made a purchase on Yaga and my order was supposed to be deposited days ago.

I didn’t receive any pin for collection and then I receive communication that my parcel was returned because I never collected. When I spoke to the agent on what’s app they were rude and said it was successful on their side which means nothing to me when I checked my emails, sms and what’s app and got no communication to collect.

Eventually they say they will keep it at a kiosk and I can collect it. I drive out inconveniencing myself to collect the parcel but when I get there, the agent insists there is nothing there and he can’t help.

I report it and am told to go back and collect as it is “impossible” quoting the rude guy on the phone.

They eventually send me another txt with a pin to collect in 36 hours but the box is sealed off and you can’t access it between certain times. How do you manage to access this. I work and can only do this after hours.

I’m soo frustrated, I have wasted time, petrol and afford to drive out and still nothing.
