Don’t use the Courier Guy

I called in and watsapped a collection from Johannesburg to be delivered in Malelane on Wednesday morning with specific instructions that they collect before 3pm as the person leaves the premises by 3pm. Just after 4pm I get a call from the person saying they called and were at the premises but she had already left. I then queried with Courier Guy Malelane and I was informed that they had no control over the drivers in JHB but seeing that it was not picked up on Wednesday it will become a priority pick up the next morning, in this instance Friday as Thursday was a public holiday. Friday after mid day I get a call from the person whom the pick up was from stating that Courier guy had not picked up. I then decided to call the JHB courier guy only to be informed that the pick up was rejected as the address was a pick up point and not a residence yet according to the collection note I had with the collection number the address which I had supp**** Malelane courier guy was indicated in the collection note. I queried who changed the address and was told to hold they will check. The call disconnected after 6 minutes. I called back and a different lady picked up and gave me the same story and once again I queried who changed the address, she simply said hold for the OPs manager. I was put on hold repeatedly for over 8 mins until I eventually cut the call. I then called Malelane Courier Guy and was told 2 different people at the JhB branch had amended the address. I then cancelled the order. Courier Guy your service is pathetic.
