DON'T USE THE COURIER GUY...

If this is the last courier company on earth. DO NOT USE THEM. Ordered something online, but no one informed me I had to collect it. Now it has been returned to the depot. I must either pay again for Courier charges to deliver or who knows collect somewhere or take a 20-minute drive and collect it from their depot for "FREE" Is this what you call service and it's not the first time I have had undesirable service from these people. In future, I will not order from anyone who uses THE COURIER GUY... If I could the rating would be minus....
