Dont Use Pudo for deliveries outside the Metros - completely useless!!!!

Parcel was dropped at a locker in Woodmead on the 30th of November 2022, to be delivered in Nkandla main road lockers. It has now been 7 days since the package was dropped off, and now they are telling me that the parcel was incorrectly deposited at the destination locker. Very very poor communication, as they do not keep me or the client up to date on what is happening. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY USLESS WHEN USED FOR DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF THE METROS!!!!! I have a client that is needing this parcel to be delivered to her, and now Pudo is telling me that they will collect the parcel, take it back to Richardsbay depot, then send it out again for delivery. They cant give me a specified time for this, NOT HELPFULL AT ALL!!!!!! Try and get through to the Richardsbay operations manager, and the phone gets put down in my ear. No one wants to help a person!!!!!!
