Don't use Pudo for anything fragile

On the plus side, the Pudo parcel was delivered fast and everything worked smoothly.

On the negative side, I was sending a mug as a gift. I packaged it to make sure it couldn't rattle or move around inside the box. I marked fragile on every side of the box to make sure The Courier Guy knew it was to be handled with care. It wasn't heavy or awkward to carry, it was a mug in a box. It arrived completely smashed. Look for another courier service that can be trusted with your deliveries.
