Don't use if you’re pressured for time! Use another service!

Horrible customer service. Called before making any payments to them and they promised me they’d help courier my parcel from the specific area I told them about. I wanted to be sure first, once I had made the deposit and payment, they tell me there’s no point in that area to post my parcel. I asked for a refund and they said I must write an email with ID copy and proof of banking information not older than 3 months then wait for 14 days to get my refund. The attitude of the last caller was stinking so bad. Their point managers don’t even answer phone calls for like 4-5 hours of me trying to connect with them.
