Don't use Courier Guy, go for Epx and save yourself the hassle

I was due a parcel today The driver called at 9.30Am which I was unable to answer at the time as I was busy with a customer at work. The driver immediately left because when I phoned him at 9.37 he was already gone(If he was even here, as I have full view of our parking area and I couldn't see him at all). He did not make any attempt to just get out of his vehicle and come into the building like any other delivery service and ask for me as he had all my details. He refused to come back and said they wont come back, it was only once I phoned their customer care that they politely informed me that he will in general try to deliver again in the afternoon. This goes to show the companies morals as they try to capitalize on cheap labour as they hire idiots that do not understand the first thing about customer service. This was clearly a driver with no training in his field. Had he just told me when I called him back that he will make a turn later today then there wouldn't have been any issue whatsoever.

I would not recommend this company plainly for the fact that their drivers don't know how to communicate.

I recommend EPX as they are much friendlier and their goal is not just to deliver but assist you in whichever way they can. I believe their costs are also much better
