Don't use Courier Guy
"Overnight" delivery actually means delivery that may take 3 - 5 business days, and when you try to track your parcel, they treat you like an invalid. I expected an apology or reason why my parcel was sitting in transit for 2 days and nothing. Will not use you again and your customer service STINKS. Try not being rude.

17 Mar 2025, 15:27I am still waiting in said package. "Overnight" clearly means nothing and the extra one pays. Its been 5 days now and no one takes an ounce of responsibility. I most definitely won't receive the package today.
