Dont use Courier Guy

The most unhelp full company you are an account holder with them you book a parcel to be picked up only to replay in the afternoon your account is on hold, one would have thought that the parcel will still be picked up, but no nothing not even booked and when you send an email to query this parcel no repay, plain and simple ignore you, if im not an account holder and i book a parcel it gets picked up and you get informed to come and collect it at their kiosk and you pay so why the hell will you not do it to your account holders that make use of your so called servers 3 to 4 times a week, you just lost an account and i will make sure that all the people I do business with will no longer use you we will use fast way Couriers, all you can do is cost money but when it comes to you not doing what you promise in your statements and slogans your quick to say sorry but sorry does not help me if i have to buy stuff other stuff to assist my customers if I already have bought from Cape Town and its cheaper i have now got double expenses due to your incompetence staff not thinking about customer servers
