Don't trust courier guy

I sent a express package to Capetown yesterday around 10 am and was charged R339 for the client to receive it this morning 5th of April 2024 the package has not been delivered and is still stuck at the hub , they are now telling me it will be delivered on Monday the 8th before 5 if not today , please don't believe them when sending express packages as they charge you for it but don't deliver . I have a unhappy Russian client who says it's not his responsibility to check as I chose the courier and they can't deliver which I accept but the level of service is pathetic
