Dont ship livestock with Courier guy!!!

I have been useing courier guy for years, as a happy customer. But recently I shipped over night for livestock purposes! The parcel was shipped on the morning of the 18th and after my package has been bouncing around the countryside for three days, they now say I will receive my parcel on Monday the 25th!

What hope do I have of receiving my tropical fish alive after 7 days without air and temperature regulation? Thousands of rands down the drain! Ayanda from customer service was also useless at helping and told me 7 days was well within their delivery time frame for an over night package.

Do yourself a favor find an alternative shipping company. Courier guy is turning into time freight 2.0. What a disappointment
