DON'T GO WITH COURIER GUY! NO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR DELIVERY ISSUES DRIVERS CAUSED

Absolutely ridiculous service! Two days back they delivered my parcel to another home and did not know they did that. When the sender informed them, they did not call to notify me. When I called them, they mentioned that parcel would be delivered by latest 2pm the next day. Today is the day after the next day! I paid for a specific delivery period and this was not done. I had to run out to buy my pet food over and above the food that was meant to be delivered by The Courier Guy. No credit or refund option provided to me for their error. No apology given to me whatsoever! Manager's refuse to call back and no one takes accountability for this huge mess up! All in all, they believe that as long as you paid for the delivery, they don't care that they deliver to you late despite it ALL BEING THEIR FAULT!!!!!!! Absolutely pathetic service. I will never use this useless company again!!!
