Don't EVER use The Courier Guy

I have been trying to send a package for more than three weeks. The Courier Guy have an online quotation system that does not seem to work for me. When I requested a quote, it was send to me with a link I could not open. Quotes can only be paid via the link and every time they send me the link I am unable to open it or there is no link attached to get the amount and pay for the goods. My customer has contacted me and wants to cancel the order. I am not happy as they do not follow up, it seems because they are a big corporation, they have too much too handle.
