Don’t EVER use or trust The Courier Guy or PUDO

Waybill number TCGCARYS for overnight delivery of a parcel from Colesburg to Noupoort was created on 21 November 2024 after express confirmation that the parcel (of important and urgent medication) would be delivered today on 22nd November 2024 to my daughter who was too sick to drive 50km to get help.

On 22nd November at 09:15, my daughter in Noupoort received a call from Colesburg office to say that the parcel would be delivered later on 22nd.

By 16:00 on 22nd after more than 20 calls, and the tracking service indicating that the parcel is still in Middelburg, the Coleserg office said they really couldn’t help and ‘here’s the number for the Middelburg office’.

On calling the Middelburg office at 16:05 on 22nd, Yolandie said that they only deliver to Noupoort on Mondays and Wednesdays and it being Friday 22nd, the parcel would only be dropped off on Monday. She indicated that whoever told me that the parcel would be an overnight delivery was wrong…
