DONT EVEN THINK OF USING THEM

They don't even deserve A STAR - I been using them for my business for more than 3 YEARS - Been having the same issue where I get charged and billed for ESTIMATED DIMENSIONS instead of the ACTUAL DIMENSIONS of my parcels - I have more than several occasions this has been happening and now with their automated system I am not getting ANY ANSWERS regarding this - Their report shows ACTUAL DIMENSIONS AND ESTIMATED which they bill me for and delays my parcels to my customers! THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN THIS COUNTRY - CANNOT RELY ON THEM AT ALL TO RENDER A SERVICE WITHOUT ******ING SERVICE
