Dont consider an acount

The Courier guy is rapidly becoming the courier company with the worst customer service ever. If you ever considder opening an account with them plse dont. After dealing with them for almost 7 years they are becoming worse by the the most worse communication system on poilicy changes. They even reward account holders by reducing account privileges as it suits them and hold parcels back if you owe them even R5 on your account if a parcel works out a bit more than the booked price forcing you to constantly checking your account for updates to see if there are changes on any parcels in transit. To top it all if they make a mistake on a parcel then you get disqualified as your parcel gets held back until they correct their fault or you pay extra.
