dont care attitude Cecilia Greyling

I orderd a fathers day package from the BOXBARSA. They then sent off the gift via the Courior guy service. The package was bubble wrapped and marked with fragile stickers but when the package got delivered the bottles were broken. I then reached out to the company and guess what i was told they "do not entertain broken glass"this was my response from Cecilia Greyling who thinks she knows how to address people. Im utterly disgusted by her response to say the least and also that my gift is ruined so my R500 can just go to hell and there isnt anyone taking responsibility for it. Pathetic service to say the least
