Don't use The Courier Guy, pathetic service!

On Tuesday 10 February I made a booking for a package to be picked up in Klerksdorp NW on 12 February and to be sent to me in Pretoria East via overnight courier. By Friday afternoon I hadn't even received the waybill number. I enquires online via a ticketing system and was sent the waybill number and was told that it would be delivered \sometime next week". It's now Monday 16 February"
