Does the Courier Gut know how to spell Customer Service ?

It is quite obvious that The Courier Guy doesn't care about Customer Service. If you read all the shockingly poor reviews on Hellopeter with NO response from The Courier Guy you can understand why they offer such bad customer service . I think its time the Consumer Goods Council Ombudsman is advised .
